For Queensferry Tours please meet outside Caledonia Scotia kilt shop 6b Newhalls Road EH30 9TA

For Inchcolm Island Tours please meet at the flag pole on Inchcolm island.

There are limited tickets so to avoid disappointment we advise you book in advance online or check that a tour is operating on your chosen date and check availability before turning up.

We accept most credit/debit cards and cash payments on the day.

If any footage is uploaded to social media, legal action may be taken.

Masks are not mandatory it is a personal choice if you wish to wear one. Our tours are mainly outside, and distancing is encouraged.

We will always adhere to the latest Government restrictions & guidelines to keep you and our guides safe.

We accept GB pounds Sterling.

No, there are short walks between the locations.

Yes, we will aim to take shelter where we can. However, our weather system in Scotland can provide us with 4 seasons in one day so please dress appropriately.

Currently our tours are not suitable for those in wheelchairs or have walking difficulties due to steps, hills and old uneven pavements. This is an area we are looking into and hope to provide a suitable tour for those with walking difficulties in the future.

Anyone with poor eyesight or who is registered blind needs to be accompanied during the tour. Guide dogs are welcome.

If you require a carer to accompany you, they will go free.

Our tours are in English.

Yes, apart from our Bridges and Beer Tour which is over 18’s only.

There are some stairs so buggy users be warned. On our Queensferry Tours children 4 or under go free and 5-15 year olds are £5.

On our Inchcolm Island Tours all children go free.

All groups of children must be accompanied by at least one adult. 

Tickets are non-refundable however we will try to reschedule you on to another tour.

It is very unlikely that a tour will be cancelled, however if we have to cancel a tour for any reason, we will inform you and provide you with reschedule options.

Yes, you can take photographs throughout the tour as long as it does not interfere with others enjoyment of the tour. We will also stop at specific viewpoints to allow you to do this.

No, sorry we don’t allow filming or audio recording even on mobile phones. This is due to the privacy of fellow visitors, guide, and copyright issues.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone intoxicated and if a problem arises once the tour has started the person will be asked to leave the tour.

Yes, there are public toilets in the High Street.

We don’t mind; however, you will have to leave your dog outside of any establishments we visit for sometimes as long as 20mins which may be inconvenient. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Due to the tours being timed we must stick to our schedule. If you have already bought a ticket we will leave without you, although you can join the tour at our next stage of our Queensferry Tours. If you have not yet bought your ticket, we will advise you to join the next tour.
